60's Beige and Moss Green Turban Style Pixie Hat by Lazarus mavericks colorful skirt that is2DIE4~~~In aVintage 1960's turban style hat. Base is a moss green velour with beige ruched sides. Side front holds a unique rhinestone ornament. Interior is finished with a green grosgrain ribbon. Label is Lazarus which is a store label. It is tagged a size 22. Inner circumference is 21 inches. Measuring on the outside, side to side is 16 inches. There is some fabric damage which you can see in the photographs. My pricing reflects this damage. Alley Cats Vintage
