The pile of the garment has been curled giving it a textured look simulating fur. The coat has strong padded and gathered shoulders and is collarless, emphasising the strong shoulder line. The coat is open fronted with no fastenings and there are small functional slit pockets at the waist. Inside, the coat is lined in pink acetate and has a makers label for Jamieson
